How does 28-day billing work?
A 28-day billing cycle charges the same rate every 4 weeks instead of every calendar month. Each cycle includes 4 weekly services. Delivery and pickup are charged once. The first cycle is the minimum. After that, if you call for pickup partway through a cycle, the unused weeks are credited back.
