How does an event porta potty rental work?
An event porta potty rental is a flat price for your event dates. We deliver up to one business day before and pick up the next business day after. A Saturday party gets a Friday drop and a Monday pickup at no extra charge. Units arrive washed, deodorized and stocked with paper and sanitizer.

How many porta potties do I need for a party?
A party needs 1 porta potty per 50 guests for up to 4 hours. Add 50 percent more units, rounded up, for events longer than 4 hours, and add 1 unit when alcohol is served. A 120-guest graduation party lasting 5 hours needs 3 units plus 2 more, so 5 units, and 1 handwashing station for food.

Can I get a porta potty for just one day?
Yes. Event pricing covers your event day plus the drop-off and pickup days around it, so a one-day party costs the same as a weekend.
Why can’t the unit arrive the morning of my party?
Morning delivery is possible on weekdays, but routes cannot promise an exact hour. Dropping the day before means the unit is in place and ready when guests arrive.
Can you place the porta potty in a public park?
Yes, when the park or city has approved your event. Detroit parks events use the Parks and Recreation special-event process; bring us the site map and we place units where it shows.
Do event units come with lights?
Standard units have a translucent roof that lets daylight in. For evening events, add battery lights or choose a restroom trailer.
What if it rains on my event?
Units are weatherproof. We place them on firm ground or the driveway so the ground stays solid after rain, and pickup happens once the lawn is dry enough for the dolly.
Can I move the porta potty myself after delivery?
Please do not. Units hold liquid and tip easily. Call and we move it at the next service or for a small trip fee.
