Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what information Roman Portable Toilets Rental collects through detroitportapotty.com, by phone and by text, how we use it to quote, deliver and bill porta potty rentals, and how to ask us to delete it. We never sell renter information. See also our rental terms.

What we collect

When you use our quote form we collect your delivery ZIP, dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew count and phone number. When you call or book we also collect your name, delivery address, email and site notes.

How the form works

Quote form submissions are sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, to our business email. Web3Forms processes the submission only to deliver it to us.

How we use it

We use your information only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, pick up and bill your rental, and to contact you about that rental. We do not sell or rent your information.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment processor through a secure link or over the phone. We do not store full card numbers on this website.

Calls and texts

We call or text the number you provide about your quote and rental. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of non-essential messages.
