How does billing work for a job site porta potty?
Job site porta potties are billed every 28 days, not by calendar month. Each cycle includes the unit and 4 weekly services. Delivery and pickup are charged once. When the job ends, call or text for pickup. The first cycle is the minimum; after that, a partial final cycle is prorated by the week.
- Open-ended rentals: no end date needed when you book.
- Moving the unit across the site between services: free when booked with a service.
- Extra service before an inspection or a busy pour day: $45 per unit.
- Hasp for a padlock on every unit.
- Units can be swapped or added mid-job with one call.

What about high-rise and road crews in Detroit?
High-rise and road crews need units that move with the work. For tower jobs we set units at ground level and place additional units on floors served by the hoist when the contractor arranges the lift. For Restore I-94 and other road projects, towable units move with the crew between service days.
Tell us the crane or hoist schedule, gate hours and any badge requirements when you book, and we plan the service route around them.

Construction porta potty rental questions in Detroit
Can I rent a porta potty for a 2-week job?
Yes. The first 28-day cycle is the minimum for job-site rentals, and it includes weekly service for the whole time the unit is on site. After the first cycle, unused weeks in the final cycle are credited back.
Do you service job sites on Saturdays?
Yes. Service routes run Monday through Saturday, so weekend crews still have a clean unit on Monday morning.
Can you invoice our company monthly?
Yes. Contractors can open an account with net terms after the first order. Each invoice lists units, cycles, service visits and site address.
Where should the unit go on my site?
Within 25 feet of where the service truck can park, on level ground, away from trenches, swing radius and traffic. Keep the path open on service days.
Do you provide units for residential remodel contractors?
Yes. Kitchen and bath remodels are one of our most common job-site rentals; see monthly and home project rentals.
Can I get a unit with a sink for my crew?
Yes. Add a handwashing station or swap to a flushing unit with a built-in sink.
